titelThis residential complex is situated near the village of La Tercia in a typical rural Murcia countryside. It is close to main routes of communication and some 15 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches and the Mar Menor. Murcia City is 25 km away and provides residents and visitors with a convenient and comprehensive centre for shopping and other services.

United Golf Resort "La Tercia" is one out of 4 projects that Grupo RS is developing in the near future in Murcia and Alicante region. It has more than 6000 m2 of services and sports facilities, almost 62.000 m2 of green areas and includes a 9 hole golf course designed by Pepe Gancedo. A total of 1032 residential homes will be built. So far only the first phase is released. It consists of 476 dwellings: 40 villas, 26 townhouses and 410 apartments. As it is situated on a gentle slope the design of the resort makes sure, that nearly all homes will have a nice golf view.

The resort has a Ryder Complex called town centre with 3600 m2 of shopping areas, cafés, medical centre, business and entertainment premises.
